Throughout history, there have always been women, men, young people and children who have shown civil courage. They act courageously in public in situations that are conflictual and dangerous, sometimes even life-threatening. They would have an easier life if they looked away, remained silent and did nothing. But they decide differently. They look, protest and take action - often against the powerful, often against the majority, because they are convinced that what is happening is not right.
